"Completed" Postings

I have gone through various areas of rootschat and can't find the following information:     

Where can I find instructions or better yet, what are the directions on "how to show a look up request as completed or finished.

Hi

You go back to the first posting on that thread and amend the subject heading to say completed or finished or whatever.

Then a friendly mod comes along and moves it to the Completed requests box.

That is if it is a request that has been exhausted.  But you can add completed to any thread the same way.
