Maguire and Morgan Birth and Marriage

I am desperately looking for help with details about the births of my Grandparents Thomas Maguire 1873/74, and his wife Mary Morgan 1872/73 and their marriage 1889/1900.

My mother said that the Maguires came from the Virginia area of Cavan......Help!!!!

Hi,

You should start by looking for their marriage registration which should be searchable in the indexes in your local family history centre. Their births should also be there too in the birth indexes.

Sorry, but as I am new to posting I did not make my situation very clear....I don't live in Ireland and am a pensioner....I have already spent a lot of time searching as best I can from home....I just thought that someone might be able to look it up for me, or have some knowledge of or connection to my Grandparents.

Thank you very much for trying to help me.....how I wish that I had shown some interest when I lived at ho,e in Dublin.....but then we all usually make this mistake.

There should be a family history centre somewhere near you wherever you are living now. They're part of the church of the latter day saints. Check their website for addresses and information.
