Can anyone find the marriage of Elizabeth and Simon 1858ish
« on: Wednesday 03 November 04 23:00 GMT (UK) »
Hi, I know this one is not going to Be easy I cant find the marriage at all, maybe they never married but I would like to know if they did. They were my GGGranparents, Simon was baptized in Manchester in 1837 but he was already a year old, he married (I think) Elizabeth Simpson from Penrith Cumberland, they had their first son Charles Liddle in 1859. he was born in Yorkshire Pembridge, so I would think they were living in the area, I have records of them from then on, but I need a marriage cert to go further back. Any help on this one would be welcome as I have drew a blank so far. Best wishes all Kathy

Hi,

I looked on Marriages on 1837online from Jan 1855 to Jan 1859 for Simon Liddle.  There were none of that name in that time period.
