Hereford Street as well as Hereford Place and no sign of them there.
They are definitely two different streets.
Sorry unable to help

Thank you Cougar,
Looking at the certificate again the street could be Whiter or Wheter or Wheler.

The rector William Stone sometimes cross his small (t) and others he didn't. When he wrote street it looks like sheet.  Thank you for tracking down the church location, perhaps I can check out the records and it would lead me to the location the Blaney's came from.

Hi Gabora,
These are the only streets I found in Christchurch starting with a "W"
Wormwood
Wilsons Buildings
White Lion
White Heart
Watling St Old change
Water Lane
Warwick Square
Warwick Lane.
Have you tried lost London streets - or Motco to see if you can find where it was.   If you can  find streets around it, may have more luck in tracking it down.
Sorry, Cougar
