1841 census look up Charles Seal 1823 - 1897

No birth certificate found yet for Charles. Charles would be 16 or 17 at the time of the 1841 census, so I think this one might be too young. Charles was born in Wrotham Kent.

I am trying to find out who were the parents of Charles Seal who was born Wrotham Kent 1823 and died in Gravesend 1897. He married Jane Tracey of Chelsea London. He can be found on the 1851 census but I cannot find him on the 1841 census which might give this information,
