Im looking for the Birth of Eliza STACEY c1828. in the 1861 she gives her place of birth as Brighton, i dont have any more info im afraid, Thanks

Hi Bob,
Have you tried looking for her on the LDS Family History site?  There is a christening for an Eliza Stacey in 1829 in Brighton.  Here are the details:

Eliza Stacey
Chr. 13 Dec 1829, St. Nicholas, Brighton, Sussex
Father: John Stacey, Mother: Sarah

Hopefully this might be a start for you.

Thanks for that, the problem i have at the moment is getting her Marriage cert to get her dads name,( i presume she married) her partner was laurence Pettit. the 1861 gives her as a wife,he comes from Chesterton in Cambs. but i cant find a marriage. i just know its between 1851 & 1861,
