This looks like Elizabeth:

England & Wales, Death Index: 1984-2004 Record
Name:    Elizabeth Catherine OWEN
Birth:    10 Apr 1910
Death:    Nov 1995 - Bangor, Caernarvonshire

This birth also matches:
Births Jun 1910
WILLIAMS    Elizabeth Catherine
Holyhead 11b 47_

From GRO index images - Robert OWEN d. Jun Q 1968 aged 80.  (Anglesey 8a 27)  This would make his dob c1888.  There are several Robert Owens born around this date in Anglesey, but just one in Llandrygarn:

1901 census:
RG13/5295; Folio 81; Page 4
Gwyndy, Llandrygarn, Anglesey

William Owen - Head - 59 - Farmer - b. C
Mary Owen - Wife - 57 - b. Amlwch
Robert Owen - Son - 13 - b. Llandrygarn
Catherine Owen - Dau - 11 - b. Llandrygarn

To be absolutely sure you have the right family (especially with a common name like Owen!), you really need to confirm the father's name by getting Robert and Elizabeth's marriage cert.  The complete GRO index images are currently free at http://www.ancestry.com/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx, so if you take the oldest known child's birth date as a starting point and work backwards, you should be able to find it with  bit of patience....  Fortunately marriages after 1911 show the spouse's surname.

Hope this helps!
