looking for Sophia Williams b1830 Pontypool Monmouth married to John williams know nothing of him
can anyone see then for me believe they are living in Neath

the only Sophia I can see in Glam in 1851 born Pontypool is Sophia Palmer. Is this the one you're looking for? If so, she marries june qtr 1855 Neath 11a pg 645 either William Johns or John Williams - would you believe it?
I can find a Sophia Johns but not a Sophia Williams and as the other female on the page is called Mary, I think you'd  need a cert or parish records to be sure.

it's the best match I can see so far. Morriston was certainly part of the parish of Llangyfelach according to Genuki. Slight career change, possibly influenced by the brother. Sophia might have 'lost' a couple of years when she married a younger man. Can't see them in 1881.

William senior's age is not consistent, but what's the likelihood of 2 different William Johns born a few years apart from Morriston becoming men of the cloth?

In 1891, they're living in Ely Vicarage RG12/4403 folio 98 pg 19 William senior still the vicar of Caerau, William junior has become Trevor. Can't spot any of them for sure in 1901 but several possible deaths for William John/s in Cardiff.
Possible for Trevor as a mason b. Aberavon.
