« on: Saturday 14 October 06 09:55 BST (UK) »
Richard Benbow Bullock was born in Malvern, Worcestershire, England on March 19, 1842, the son of Richard and Violetta Bullock

Is there anyone can tell me where in Malvern, please?

Thank you for your help. I assist with a history site for the village of Guarlford and found the Bullocks owning property in St Louis!!! Each House was called "Guarlford...."

The tanner is unlikely as the family started a dry goods store on arrival in St Louis, so the tea dealer is just right.

Amazing what a GOOGLE will turn up.

I can't see any other matching family in 1841  :-\

The IGI has Richard's christening:
RICHARD BENBOW BULLOCK
Christening 12 APR 1842   Saint Marys, Hanley Castle, Worcester
Father:  RICHARD BULLOCK
Mother:  VIOLETTA

Here's a picture of the church:

I am a direct descendant of the wandering St Louis Bullocks, just starting to see where the roots go back -- I see you have already done a lot of work, I could only trace to Richard's parents Richard and Violetta -THANK YOU!!!!!!   my cousins and I are so happy to have this information.... I have a list of Richard B. Bullock's siblings and where they went after they left the Malvern area.
