Hi Guys

At a dead end - my direct descendent John Walker was apparently baptised in Campton 13th Dec 1804, his birth was listed as Shefford.

Could anyone assist me with further details, particularly details of his parents. There is a John Walker listed in this thread who I am hoping has some link to my search.

If you check the IGI at www.familysearch.org you'll find his baptism on the date you give, parents John and Mary Walker

John Walker was your direct ancestor, not descendant.

Whilst Shefford was/is much larger than Campton, it was a township within the parish of Campton
