1851 Census Look Up - Ruardean

I am looking for the parents of Ann Whittington born in Ruardean, Gloucs about 1835.

She married Richard Whittington (yes, same surname) in Westbury on Severn in July 1857.  I have a copy of the marriage certificate but her father is not named, the space has been left blank.

If anyone can find Ann's family in the 1851 census I'd be really grateful.

although Ruardean is in Gloucestershire it is actually in the census return for Hertfordshire -  RG9/1814.

You will have a better chance of a lookup if you post on the Hertfordshire board.

Thanks for the reply.  Hertfordshire?  How did a part of the Gloucestershire Census be included there?  Seems strange, did you mean Herefordshire.
