Hi rthom

I will see if I can find out anything tomorrow also the other 2 inns you mentioned in the e-mail.

I did see the burial for John in 1841 at All Saints in the town aged 49.

Would you like a picture of this Church also ?.

Hi Sandy:

I really appreciate your continued kindness and help.  Thanks for the offer, but I do have some pictures of All Saints that I found on line.  Quite an unusual design.

Regards, rthom

Hi rthom

I spent some time at the Northampton Library and  found some photographs that I have been assured do not break the copyright rule of the owners so I will send them to you later. Also a copy of Jon Small's Pub Map which I can also send.

I also found some old Fire Insurance Maps that list the numbers of the buildings so although the photographs are not showing the exact image you should be able to make out which one was the property as most are side views.

Also I took some photographs of where the buildings in the streets would have been all those years ago.

Give me a few hours and I will e-mail them to you. Now done.  :)

Cheers Sandy
