Writing on Marriage Certificate

Can anyone decypher Church and Parish please? Unfamiliar with Area. Also Residence at time of marriage.

I believe it is the Church of St. Barnabas in the parish of St. Luke and they were living at Pakard St. (Packard?)

As the address for residence is the same for both parties this may mean that it was given for 'convenience' not that they were actually living together at the tme of the marriage

St Barnabas church was situated in King Square, not too far from Pickard Street.
