Death lookup - SA - BUDDLE

Hi, Could someone please help me with a death register lookup for John BUDDLE and Mary BUDDLE (nee DIXON).

John BUDDLE
b. 1826 Kent, England
m. 14 Oct 1848 Deal, Kent, England
d. ??

Mary BUDDLE (nee DIXON)
b. 1827 Kent, England
d. 30 Jan 1899, Clarendon, South Australia

They emigrated with their children to South Australia on "Olivia" in 1853 (from SA shipping lists and from the link mentioned below).

I have another post for getting information about them http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,198051.0.html and have been able to find out a good deal about their families in England.

I am missing death information about John, and if anyone is able to do a lookup then I would also be interested in getting other information from the death certificate for Mary as I only have the date of her death.

Looks like one of their Children

I notice there are deaths for quite  a few young Children in Clarendon also ....The children of Thomas and Edward

MoV is abbreviation for the district of Morphett Vale the numbers are Book and Page Numbers.

To get any deaths after 1916 we would need to go to the library for it I am afraid.

Thomas Buddle was born at sea 19 Oct 1853, according to family records. They called him a "Cape pigeon" because he was born somewhere near the Cape of Good Hope. The ship "Olivia" arrived in Adelaide on 14 Nov 1853.

His birth is not registered in South Australia, but I wonder if Adelaide was its first port of call, and therefore point of registration? What was the protocol for registering births at sea?
