John Harris & Mary James

John HARRIS b. 1777 Wales Married Mary JAMES b. 1778 Wales. married 2 Aug 1798 in  Llandyfriog,Cardiganshire,Wales.  Ref. NLW, parish of Cenarth book 2.  They and about three children David, Theophilus and Rachel emigrated to Nova Scotia on the Brig Fanny in 1819 from Carmarthen and landed in Halifax.  I have over 1200 records of data on the descendants in North America but cannot find more data on them or their parents.  I would appreciate any new information.  You can click on my web icon for more information. David and Mary Davies of Carmarthenshire or Cardiganshire.  All emigrated from Carmarthen in 1819 on the Brig Fanny to Nova Scotia.  WHO WHERE THEY? Who was John Perry b. London 1563 marr. Devonshire 1588 had a son Edmund b. 1598 in Devonshire.  Edmund emigrated to Mass,USA abt 1636.  Thank you for any assistance.
