I think that I have found them, though not in Beechen Grove, which is a road in Central Watford.  In 1841, they are in Oxhey, which nowadays melds into the urban sprawl of Watford town, but in 1841 was I imagine a lovely rural hamlet!

The 1841 does not give relationships nor place of birth.  Adult ages tend to be rounded to nearest 5.

HO107/439/6 Folio 14

Rookery, Hamlet of Oxhey, Watford.

(The Rookery appears to be the name of a street, as there are dozens of families living there.  I think it is more likely to a street than some sort of tenement building because of the rural location, but of course it is possible, and a factory is mentioned)

Name, Age, Occupation, Born in County? Yes/No

BIGGS

John, 30, Labourer, yes
Sarah, 35, yes
Emma, 15, yes
Lucy, 13, In the factory, yes
Eliza, 13, In the factory, yes
Henry, 4, yes
Hannah, 3, yes
Jese, 1, yes

I found this on the Genealogy in Hertfordshire site.

ROOKERY ROAD

Rookery Road led to the Rookery SIlk Mill in the 19th century, but on the building of the Wiggenhall estate in the 1930's the name was changed to Riverside Road. Perhaps like the alteration of Pest House Lane to Willow Lane, this is another example of what Eric Partridge in his book Usage and Abusage called a 'genteelism', as a rookery was a common slang term for a slum. The name still survives undiminished however in the popular 'Rookery End' of the Watford Football Club's ground in Vicarage Road

I also found these baptisms on the BVRI.
