It says in the article that the early release of these records is a result of a ruling by the Freedom of Information Commission after a challenge to the National Archives' 100 year rule won by (Rootschatter) Guy Etchells.

Yes, I know, I was referring to the man who has overturned the rule.......a Rootschat member that many of us will know ;)

Yes, if not for Guy we wouldn't be seeing this census sheet until much later.  At least it gives us an idea of what's in store for us!  :)

I thought that they used to have a 90 year ruling.
