How to order copy of a will/probate?

I've found a reference to what I believe is my gg grandfather's will on the Access to Archives website.  Can anyone please advise what to do next?  It is held at the National Library of Wales, Bangor Diocese collection from 1843.  Is it possible to order a copy of it or do you have to view it in person?
