Briggs. Baptism and death please.

AUFERY BRIGGS of Hothfield Kent.

Married Sara Spratt 1672. I cannot find his baptism,  possibly about 1647; nor his burial.
Please can anyone help?

His son John was parish clerk, possibly Aufery was before him.

I also cannot find any further information on Aufery. He is the furthest back relative I seem to be able to go on the Briggs family tree.
