You are so talented!  That's wonderful, very evocative!  I had a look at how it is now - my favorite kind of shop, a craft shop!  It's great that it is still standing, so many buildings are lost to us.

Thank you for your kind offer and I very much hope that all your planing and celebrating goes well.

My family history box is nearly done, just need to work on the contents a little.  Will post a picture as soon as I can.

Fiona,

I can't wait to see it. Your topic sparked a wonderful discussion.

Hi everyone

Not quite complete, a few things still to add, but here's a picture of my family history box & contents (first time I've ever tried to attach a picture here so not sure if it will work!)

Hi Fiona,
the photos come up great, took me some time to figure out how to put them in.
The box and books look fantastic, you certainly have put a lot of work and thought into all this.
I am not a grandmother yet but perhaps might start something now in readiness.  It will be my luck I won't have any grandchildren to pass things on to.  Too many nieces and nephews to consider.

It really looks fantastic  ;D

Thanks Margaret

I have to spoil my nephew as I've never had children myself.  Am really hoping my brother is going to present me with a niece one of these days!  My other half has two granddaughters however, so I do get to make a lot of girly things!

Glad you like what I've done.

Between my husband and I we have about 25 nieces and nephews.  And about 8 greats. I did have a count once.

I am one of 7 children and my husband is one of 6.
They breed in big numbers down under.  ;D

You should see my tree  ::)
