Census look up please 1871

Hope someone can help. I'm looking for the Hughes (Hews) family. There was a Thomas c1841 Ireland and his wife Ellen c1839.
In 1871 they had 3 children Thomas c1866, Patrick c1867 and Mary c 1869.

The children were said to have been born in different places according to which census you look at. They were either born Westbury, Shropshire (maybe Wiltshire), or Wednesbury, staffs, although it might be possible they were born in Ireland.
