Have you tried googling on the motto? That might help. The big problem you are going to come up against is that there are no colours on the image. I know that in my local church, somebody was trying to identify the 21 separate coats of arms in a differenced shield but was struggling because of colour. The conclusion in that case is that the 1960s restoration of the piece got the colours wrong.

I think that you will find part of the answer to your question on the following site

As you will see it identifies the wrong shield compared with  your picture but the Crest that I described in my PM.
