Birthdays!

Hi everyone!
I have recently sent a message to Gadget to wish her a happy birthday. I've found the calendar and seen all the other birthdays, but can't seem to work out how people have got their birthdays on there. I'm intrigued... can anyone help? I should point out that I am in the idiots group when it comes to computers, so please don't use many technical words longer than 2 syllables please!!!

Hi janescroft

You will find your birthdate, or you can add it to the Rootschat Profile information on your Profile.  Button to the right of the Search button at the top of the page.

Hi Jane,

if you enter your birthdate in your profile (and it's your choice, whether you do or don't  ),
then it will automatically be added to the list of birthdays in the calendar,
and it will also automatically be on the list of "upcoming birthdays" on the index/home page
(names in bold type: birthday today; other names: birthday soon)
