That makes perfect sense. The article that I read was not clear which Henry it was refering to but the sentence followed on from a mention of Henry Bright.

That has really cleared up things that had been bugging me for a while.

Hello Isobel,

Click here and look at Clock and Watchmakers on the Occupation Interests board where there's a link to the subject of these occupations. I had a quick look ... there's no mention of Henry Bright.

Thank you for the link Christopher. I think that Henry actually got out of the watch and clock making business after a while, though several of his family are mentioned in that list.
