1910 US Census - Askham Woodcock

Could some kind soul please see if they could track down Askham Woodcock, born May 1876 in Derbyshire, England.

He was a living at home with his wife and baby in 1901 in Darfield, Yorkshire but deserted them some time before 1906.  Family lore says he took himself off to Utah.

So far I've not been able to find him on any passenger lists.

Any help or suggestions would be very gratefully received.

it says his permanent home address was Park City Summit County Utah
Age 42 Birth May 21 1876
Occupation Miner Unemployed at present
Nearest Relative Mrs Anne Woodcock of the same address

Wow.  Thank you so much.   So he must have married again despite still having a wife (Rhoda) and family in the UK.  Now would that have been legal in Utah or would it have been bigamous?
