Have you found this couple in 1861 census?

Do you have their marriage certificate (and hence fathers' names and occupations?)

i have marriage certificate and various census results.I am looking for other descendants of that family.The son of thomas,James Morgan Jones is my great grand father he moved to Scotland in 1892.

Thomas Jones and Elizabeth Crowther married 17/11/1860 dderw parish of cwmtoyddwr,Thomas was a coachman ,father john Jones labourer.Eliza no profession father Morgan Crowther a mason.i believe that walkmill is on dderw estate that belongs to the Pritchard family.

If any help I have a pamphlet purchased in Rhayader some years back that lists names from unspecified sources. It includes a John Jones, Miller, Town Mill Cwmdauddr 1844.

I also recall the information that at least one family associated with the waukmill was a member of the nonconformist church that is just west of the bridge from Rhayader passing into L. Cwmdueddwr. That might affect where you find records.
