ROURKE J West Maitland died 16/10/1901 paid 27/05/1902
listed as Paying Death Duties in the NSW Archives
If you would like I can have a look next time I go -should be sometime in next couple of weeks

Looking at the link & details - the family history centre is only open 1 day a week - no doubt by volunteers and perhaps they don't all use the computer or check the email each week or   ???  ???

The choice is yours whether you contact them again. There is a snail mail address - perhaps if you write giving both your email and snail mail you may get a response

Thanks Trish, I did see that they only opened for a few hours once a week.  Maybe they get a lot of requests.  I'll give them a few days and contact them again.

I'm doing some research into my family history.  My great great grandmother was Jemima M, I live in Sydney.
I appreciate your post is a decade old but I tripped across it and thought I'd respond.
