Connaires of Lagoo, Moyglass near Ballynakill

Anyone out there researching Connaires of Laggoo Moyglass Co Galway? Laggoo is in the foot of the Slieve Aughty mountains near Ballynakill. And there are lots of Connares, Connaires and other variations of the name is the Kilnadeema, Derrybrien, Ballynakill region.

One of my ancestors is Thomas Connaire  born in Laggoo in the 1850s. Would appreciate if anyone out there thinks they`ve any information to share on the Connares/Connaires or on anyone in Laggoo.
