David Day, said to be born in Hatfield Broad Oak in 1861 - parents Lucy Day and Edward Day.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Where do you get his parents names from? Do you have his birth certificate confirming these and his date of birth?

Have you found him on the 1881 census?

Thank you for being quick in your reply. I cannot help you any further. It's an enquiry through my website and I wanted to point them in the right direction. I found the same entry as you on the 1881 census.

I suspect that they may have some wrong information somewhere.
I'll make some suggestions to them.
