okay this one was a bit better to work with.  Still at low resolution though. I'm reading it as a 200 dpi on my end. 

Try printing this one out to 7 x 5 to see if it is good enough.

I think the kotchan20 just above the one you created is a 600 dpi.  If I did it correctly.  I did take a print of the one just above and it came out okay but I guess it is the 200dpi that made it just okay.  Thanks for your  help.  It will be a nice picture for my Mom regardless.  Thanks again.  It really is amazing how things can change.
