Progress!!
The address is 18 Gray Street.
1871 census has Charles Frederick b. 1833 listed as "G S Abbott"
Wife Mary Ann (Evans)
Charles Fred Alexander b. 1860 as "G T A Abbott"
Phoebe Rebecca b. 1865 as "F R Abbott"
S H Abbott < not traced yet
William Alfred as "W H Abbott" b. 1870
There is also another child, Agnes Matilda 1858-1861.
So as the 1871 census gives Gray Street, I now know you found the right family!! Brilliant...
Abbott, Surrey&London. Criswell/Cresswell, Painswick Gloucestershire. MacKenzie, Midlothian&London. King, the Tarrant Valley Dorset&London. Foreman, West Ham. Peters, Bolney/Lewes Sussex&London. Sandgrove, West Ham. Sundgren,Sweden.
