Coxon family 1901, please-COMPLETED, THANK YOU
« on: Sunday 06 May 07 15:31 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I am looking for the following members of the Coxon family.  I have found them on the free 1901 census & would like to know if they are all living together, and if so if there is anybody else with them.  They are all living in the Sunderland area.

John Coxon, age 25, born in Sunderland, single, occ. Boilermaker.

Mary L Coxon, 24, born in Sunderland, single,  Cafe Waitress .  I am especially interested in Mary L Coxon as I was really looking for a Lily Coxon, born in 1879, in Sunderland, and Mary L Coxon was the nearest I could find.   Hopefully she is living with John Coxon & then I will know  I am on the right track!!

I would also like to find Thomas Coxon, age 27, born in Hartlepool, single, living in Throston, Durham at the time of the census, as a labourer in a Shipyard.

I have found them on the 1891 census living with their family in Thornaby.  I have put a post on the North Yorkshire page for that half of the family in Thornaby, so hopefully I will find Lily Coxon.

Thank you in anticipation,

Louise

I have just found some of the COxons (though not these) on the Yorkshire - we may end up duplicating.

Hello,

No we are not duplicating information.  They are different Coxon's.

The information is interesting, with all these 'in laws'  I don't know who Mary is.  Something for me to work on.  Thanks for finding Lillian.

Louise

Hello,

The age makes more sence. I didn't know that John was married, so I shall go & see if I can find anything on freeBMD.

Thanks for your help,

Louise

Sorry Louise, I got confused and was altering it as the other posts came through.

If Mary 49 is mother in law then Ann Maughan 25 must have been  Ann Coxon.
