Hello,

Just joined today after reading about this website in the 'Manchester Genealogist.' My main surname interests are: Brit(t)ain, Britland, Cartridge/Cartledge, and Outram. I also have an interest in Primitive Methodism as three of my ancestors (Britain's) were itinerant preachers.

Hello Keith,

A big warm welcome to you on RootsChat.

Sarah and I are members of the MLFHS too, but as we've just moved house The Manchester Genealogist has landed on the doormat of our old house (I'll go round tomorrow to pick up the post).

If you have any questions or problems with the site, then lt us know - or indeed ask anybodyhere, they are a friendly bunch on here. :)
