 :) Hi Phil

A personal message would be great as I doubt that it would be of interest to many other people.

How interesting that the name Anthony Billington appears as a sponsor in your line as from memory - I don't have the folder to hand -  Keith [husband] has an  Anthony in his tree.

Being so far from England and Catholic records being a tad scarce on the internet the research for this line hads not been easy.

Once a gain thank you so much for your help.
cheers
Janet  :D

Hi Phil,
Having just found information regarding my family in this area, I would appreciate you looking for any Holton people. The one I'm trying for is a Richard Wenlock HOLTON, he married a Frances FARRAND. He later dies in 1805.
Many thanks again,
Stella :)

Stella,
I searched the St. Michael on Wyre and Copp Chapel registers 1707-1837 for the name Holton/Halton (and any other variation I could think of) but the search was unsuccessful, as the name did not appear in any of the records.  Were they C of E or were they Catholic?  If they were Catholic I can search my Lancashire Catholic data for you if you like.  Best of luck.

Thanks again,
Stella

Hi Phil

I would appreciate a lookup please.

I am looking for the parents and siblings of James Bamber and Ann Waring. They were married St Michaels on Wyre 18/5/1835 (IGI).

According to censuses Ann was born Upper Rawcliffe around 1813.
James was born Cabus around 1813. I can find no baptism details for either on IGI.

I am not sure if Cabus comes under the St Michaels area, but I believe Upper Rawcliffe does. I would appreciate any information you might have.

Regards,
Liza

Hello Phil

I wondered if you could look up the Cornall Family. I have them in St Michael on Wyre, Woodplumpton,Elswick etc. I am trying to sort out ALL the Rowlands, Robert, James, Johns, Elizabeths - they seem to use the same names repeatedly!!!

A fairly broad request, I know but I'm hoping you can manage somenthing.

Many thanks
