Glad to be of help. When you stop by Hawarden you're rellies headstones are easy to find.

If you follow the path from the church down the hill (towards the giant wooden cross) they are on your right underneath a tree, and facing the pathway.

Carole.......

Thankyou for your last message, re location of headstones.

I am now over my jet-lag, and have caught up with the house-work....so now back to what I prefer doing !!

There are no Darlingtons, listed in the MI's at all, but you found my Podmores, and neither were they...

Not sure if these are "yours"

James Darlington/Blacksmith/ of this Parish
Mary Clare / of this Parish / 30th October / 1809

Mary Darlington / of this parish
William Astbury / mariner on chese ship/ 16th July 1810

Can't find them before this date, but I have one volume missing, so it is probably in that !

Can I help with anything else?

Kind Regards

JeannieR
