Information on the name Kiely

Hi, I'm looking for information on the name Kiely, my gt grandmother married a Thomas Francis Kiely in 1900. Unfortunatly the marriage did not work out, for what ever reason. I believe that Thomas  may have stayed in the Merthyr-Dowlais area, as I have seen on census records the Kiely name and believe there may be a connection, also on death records, around about 1989. If anyone as any information that may help me please get in touch. Regards, Jean
