« on: Saturday 16 June 07 23:04 BST (UK) »
Lost: Mary Ives born circa 1825/6 somewhere in Huntingdonshire.

She married Thomas Smith Mallows (a painter/glazier) 27 September 1841 in Whitechapel.

Two children follow: Martha born 18 June 1843 Sewardstone, Essex father listed as a plumber/glazier and Alfred born circa 1844 probably same birthplace.

In 1851 and 1861 her occupation is listed as Silk Winder.

any help gratefully received,
cheers,

Thanks Ricky! Appreciate that. Hopefully I can someday get the parish record to confirm Mary's birth. Fortunately I have been able to find a parish record for a Rebecca.

Hi Gar

I see Mary's mother Rebecca  moved back to Spaldwick on the 1871 census, I wonder if Mary came back to Huntingdonshire as well, but carn't see her at the moment

Even the children seem to have disappeared. Martha probably got married but what of Alfred?
