The last will and testament of Thomas Weaver Senior of the Piggin Tavern in th parish of Montgomery in the county of Montgomery, Mason, made this twenty eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six I Thomas Weaver do give and bequeath to my wife Mary Weaver a farm called the Bottom Farm situate in the parish of Tref Eglwys in the hundred of Llanidloes in the county of Montgomery and also another farm called The Wain situate in the same parish of Tref Eglwys and county of Montgomery both which she is to receive all rents and profits arising therefrom and to apply the same for her sole use and benefit at my decease and during her life and I also direct that at her death that the afore said property be equally divided among my children namely Thomas Weaver, John Weaver, George Weaver,
Weaver, David Weaver, Mary Weaver and Esther Weaver share and share alike and I further direct that if my son Thomas should die before the demise of my wife that his of the said property be retained and given to his children namely David and Edward I also bequeath all my household furniture to my daughters Mary and Esther......
