Hi all,

I've had a look for this birth myself, without any luck so I would be very grateful if someone could help me find the birth and/or marriage of John Gilder. Census returns put his year of birth at about 1788 and the place as Thaxted, Essex.

His wife's first name was Sarah. She was born in Essex cica 1800 (according to the 1841 census). She has died by the 1861 census. (The 1851 for Thaxted is missing)
