Mary Ann Giddings born 1861 Bedford.  Married Thomas John Hillyard on 27th November 1883 in Bedford.  First child Percy born 1885 place unknown.  Parents of Mary are  John and Ellen.  Siblings of Mary Ann are Alfred, Lucy, Florence and Ernest James.

They left England on 17th September 1887 to settle in Australia.
