Where next?

Hi

I have found a record for an ancestor who went to Canada in 1910.  He was a John Stearn, he left Liverpool for Quebec, on the Virginian, on the 29 Apr 1910

My question is where do I go from here?  I have no idea about Canadian records.

Do you know where they were going to live after arriving in Quebec? If not it should say on the manifest what city and province he was planning on living in.
