Next week I will be visiting Hartlepool to do some family tree research. Can any of you suggest any places that may be useful to me. I am also interested in maritime records from Hartlepool.

Try ringing Middlesbrough Archives before going to Hartlepool, as lots of records are held there. Sorry don't have telephone number
