Hope this doesnt sound like a dumb question but do you have program Excel? That is the format I use for my info. Seems like you have alot of info and maybe easier to show you what I have instead of asking a million and one questions. I would need an email address to send as this site doens't allow .xls files as attachments. Could see my "blanks" so to speak. Do you have any old photographs?
