Tomkin, your  spuggy is displaying a few pixels  :-\

I'll go search for the others - was I right on the price?

Yes, we were politely told to reduce our picture sizes down pixel wise
   and also file size.  Clever Clogs :P :P :P :P :P
so what you see is an attempt to
comply rather than post the best picture quality.

Well I'd like to see some more please Tomkin  :D :D :D

Seriously the spuggy is the exact sort of picture I want to take.  We had some Siskins visit the garden last year and I took some pictures from the bedroom window, they were probably only 15 foot away but still little specs, I want to zoom in and get a better picture without disturbing them by having to open the back door!

My magazine quotes it at £300 which is a nice price!!!  :)

I don't think that the powers that be would worry about reduction in size for this purpose. It's difficult to judge the quality of the images produced if you've had to compress them  :(

Hi Gadget.     Look at small is beautiful on the TOTB.

Although I could have altered these to suit, for this section
it may slow down RootsChat and we must all do our Bit.
So please take Notice for the future.

  Hi Kerry,

I got it for £259.89p  including Next day delivery.

(  alright!  how was I to Know there was a postal strike the next day ??? ??? ???)

Also included was a 1GB memory card.

I would read the reviews on this and other cameras. they all have good & bad points.
The menu system on this camera is confusing unless you know something about cameras
or unless you are willing to spend a lot of time learning.

I'll have another look at some of the simpler cameras that I was going to buy to
supplement my old Fuji and let you know.

P.S.

These 2 were taken of a chimney on a house across the Green which
is some way a way.   One with no zoom and the other with.
