If you look at the Cascades in Hobart Town, which you can do online, you see what happens next.
 Also John Bissett was Transported.

                           These details were found on The hawkesbury.net.au site

Details for the convict John Bissett (1847)
Convict Name:   John Bissett
Trial Place:   Devon Assizes
Trial Date:   18 March 1846
Sentence:   Life Commutation

So on the 25th October  1846 , John  was on the prison ship named  Pestonjee Bomanjee   which was sailing from London bound for Van Diemen’s Land in Tasmania Australia)

If you look at John records you will see he states

Family Relationships.          Brother, William, in the marines,
                                        Richard at np; ( native place)
                                         Sister at np;
                   mother Susan Bissett transported 12 or years ago, 7years,
                    Half sister Susan(should read Mary) Came out as well

So there you have it.
