Rhayader Baptism - Thomas Morgan(s) ~1792

I am researching a Morgan family in Tredegar (Mon) and have got as far as Thomas b~1792 in Rhayader. He is resident in Monmouthshire from 1841 until his death in 1882.

His birthplace is consistently given as Rhayader, and his marriage certificate identifies his father as Edward (Occupation/Rank - Gentleman). Could somebody with access to the parish records please let me know if his baptism is there, and if so provide me with the details.

The surname may be Morgans - the baptisms of his children with his first wife took the name Morgans, but from 1850 onwards all members of the family are Morgan.
