Can any one find a birth record for Lionel Anthony Merrells or Anthony Lionel Merrells born 9th jan 1909
place ? the question.
mother Elizabeth Marion or Maria Scheerder1886-1922 and father Frank Merrells b 1882 I have it down as Singapore. Grand fathers Lionel has a british pasport and was a civil Engeneer. his first wife my fathers mother Ida Ruth Lang Ashe born ? died in India 1942 fled Singapore when war was declared with my dad Ian victor Lanf Merrells and his sister Zoe Elizabeth Lang Merrells. I have the Merrells tree prior to Frank Arthur Merrells Sophia Clarke and before that Joseph Merrells and Anne Kitson. I have records for these it is the close famaily I can't find any information for. Swansea Wales comes into the family as well as Colchester essex, Sizewell suffolk and surry. The early family were very large families. amy of the names are the same but i have gotten through most of that. I am just looking at the moment for any records or accounts of Lionel and Ida.
