I was wondering the same thing when I saw it, I should have asked the woman from Victory when she showed me where the grave sites were if she had any idea.

My Military friend has been checking to see if he can find out what the 3 / AM stands for but hasn't had any luck yet.
If the weather holds I will go back to the cemetery tomorrow and see if anyone there knows the meaning.
