How do I find David Frank Walker Born 1939 Rotherham Last known in Devon owned a small supermarket.any ideas

I would try searching the Directories in Devon !

These can be found at the local library

You could always post a message under Devon asking someone to look him up but you must state the rough year you are looking at ie 1959

If you have no luck you could always write to the Devon Family History Society with a self addressed envelope and maybe they would be able to help.
