Funny,I was thinking that today...that I know nothing about her.

Apart from, that she was brought up just by her mum,and she has a sister I believe?

No doubt we'll know a little more tomorrow night. I bet they don't do it in order though and flit from one side to the other side of her tree just to confuse us  ::)

i know from the trailers that a trip to Holland to find her father or fathers details is on the cards. with her sister/s

personally i know she went to university and studied science she helps to present countdown and has done since the beginning (1984), and she has a daughter from one relationship and a son from another i think there is soemthing like 8 years between the childrens ages....  and thats it!

Dont forget she's very good at maths, :D

should be able to remember all those dates, take one from another to deduce ages etc without any probs!

Well - I'll hold my head in my hands when I say this .. .. but I can't stand the woman .. ..  :-\

I'm hoping she proves me to be totally wrong, as people quite often do and I can then see a different side to her character.

To be honest I'm really looking forward to this one - most likely for all the wrong reasons!  :o

Carol Vorderman was born on 24 December 1960 in Bedford.

Her birth registry reads:

Vordeman, Carol J. mother's maiden name 'Davies'. Perhaps that's where the Wales connection comes from. Good Welsh name 'Davies'. :)
